Justin Cross

Strength Coach & Owner

Justin Cross pursued the NAIT Personal Fitness Trainer program with the vision of bringing high quality training to the general public. He graduated in 2012 with honours and earned his Certified Personal Trainer designation through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CPT).

While NAIT provided a strong foundation in exercise science, Justin recognized early on that he needed to go above and beyond. In 2013 he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS).

In 2019, Justin was the first Personal Fitness Trainer graduate to be awarded the Spirit of NAIT Alumni Award. This honour is bestowed upon NAIT grads who have made exceptional advances or achievements in their career within 12 years of graduation.

Devlin Drinkell-Seidel

Personal Trainer

Devlin is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CPT). Devlin possesses a strong passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals through his foundation of knowledge and fun energy that he brings to each session. 

Devlin has experience playing a variety of sports, including competitive hockey for 7 years and football at Austin O’Brien High School for 3 years. When he’s not training in the gym, Devlin spends a lot of time coaching junior high volleyball and flag football. He also enjoys playing in a men’s hockey league with his buddies and going to Oilers games.
