Semi-Private Training is a great option if you want individualized coaching and programming without breaking the bank! Unlike traditional group fitness classes (sorry ZUMBA…), Semi-Private Training programs are built specific to needs and goals of each individual.
Never lifted weights before? No worries, after a 1-on-1 assessment our trainers design a workout program that is tailored to your fitness level, goals and any physical limitations while remaining more cost-effective compared typical personal training.
Semi-Private Training (SPT) provides individualized coaching and program design in a small group setting, fostering community and mutual encouragement. With small groups of 2-4, you benefit from personalized coaching while staying budget friendly. Each session is supervised by a coach that will help guide you through the program and provide changes as required.
At Cross Conditioning, we pride ourselves on designing well-rounded programs that eliminate the fluff and focus on helping you move better, feel stronger and gain confidence. Each session is led from start to finish by coaches on hand to demonstrate, explain, spot and cue every exercise in your program.

A SPT session typically takes 45-55 minutes.
Of course! New clients can test drive our SPT program by signing up for a '14-Day Move Better Feel Better Challenge'. This includes unlimited training for two weeks for only $199.
The rate for a SPT session varies between $25.00-$37.50 per session. This rate is dependent on the number of times you train each week. There are no membership fees or contracts required to train at our facility.
SPT clients complete a personalized program in a small group (2-4 person) setting. However, unlike traditional group fitness classes where everyone follows the same program; each SPT client receives a unique program tailored to their specific needs and goals.
