Ideal for remote clients or those preferring solo workouts – flexible, stress-free training delivered through our training app or via email by our experienced coaches.
This is a great option for clients outside of the greater Edmonton area or unable to access the facility on a regular basis. Train where you want and when you want without the stress and hassles of getting to the gym on time. This style of training is ideal for clients with a hectic schedule that still want to prioritize their fitness goals.
Whether your ‘gym’ is a couple hand weights in the basement or a full-service gym, our coaches have the experience and knowledge to create a program that will maximize your time and results.

The rate for a 1-Day Distance Program is $90.00. Most clients purchase a 2-Day Distance Program ($180.00) and then repeat each day a couple times during the week.
You don't 'need' any equipment to get started on a Distance Program! We have been building distance programs for over a decade; whether you will be training in a hotel room or a full-service gym, we got you covered!
Unfortunately personal trainers are not qualified to prescribe diets or meal plans (despite what you may see on Instagram...). That is why we have partnered with a Registered Dietitian to assist with any of your nutrition needs!
