Every 1-on-1 training client starts with a consultation and movement assessment to identify your needs and make your first session as efficient as possible. Our coaches have experience working with a wide range of clientele ranging from fat loss, injury rehabilitation to sports performance.

A 1-on-1 training session will typically take 50-60 minutes.
The rate for a 1-on-1 training varies between $65-$75 per session. This is dependent on the number of training sessions purchased. There are no membership fees or contracts required to train at our facility.
You should bring a good pair of clean indoor shoes, at water bottler, and a great sense of humour.
Nearly all of our clients have dealt with some sort of injury in the past. For those that have been rehabilitated with physio we can create an appropriate exercise plan to help strengthen a specific area.
Unfortunately personal trainers are not qualified to prescribe diets or meal plans (despite what you may see on Instagram...). That is why we have partnered with a Registered Dietitian to assist with any of your nutrition needs!
